Empower Women in Coffee - Coffee Potluck
March is International Women’s Day and to celebrate, Coffee Potluck in collaboration with Strong Women in Coffee present a spotlight on coffees that are grown or roasted by women . Why is this important?
For a more sustainable supply of coffee for roasters & importers as well as a resilient coffee-producing community must focus on gender equality.
Research suggests that in order to build vibrant coffee communities and a prosperous coffee industry for the future we need to plug into women. What does this look like?
